This luxurious two-story, four bedroom, four bath Mediterranean style home is the perfect vacation haven. The open floor plan and expansive living areas - both inside and out - make for perfect spaces to get friends and family together. It features stunning interior coastal contemporary decor framed by captivating views of the golf course and one of its beautiful lakes. The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops and stainless appliances. Enjoy the amazing workmanship of hardwood floors throughout, travertine floors in the bath and granite counters, designer lighting and glass showers.
Enjoy golf course views from private master suite balcony. This oversized suite has a king size master bed and sleeper sofa great for small children that you do not want to separate into an additional room. Relax in the en suite bathroom featuring an oversized garden soaking tub, elegant travertine shower and two separate double vanities with granite countertops.
The first guest bedroom features a queen sized bed and en suite bathroom. The second guest bedroom features a king sized bed and en suite bathroom. These two guest rooms are on the second floor. The third guest bedroom is on the main floor and has two twin over twin bunk beds, totaling four beds and perfect for the kids to enjoy their vacation slumber party in their own room. This bedroom adjoins to the hall guest bathroom.

Sandestin Resort is an amazing vacation spot! Its family friendly atmosphere will keep you coming back for years. Baytowne Wharf is a beautiful pedestrian outdoor plaza with retail stores and restaurants overlooking the bay. For child friendly fun visit the Baytowne BlastArcade & Laser Maze or head to the Baytowne Adventure Zone to zip across the lagoon on the Baytowne Zipline or try your skills on the Sky Trail Ropes aerial obstacle course. If they still haven't had enough fun, the Tower Climb and Eurobungy are attractions sure to thrill them. Smaller children will be delighted to explore the Baytowne Adventure Landing Playground. Relax while the kids play on this imaginative nautical themed playground with slides and towers galore. This is a large enclosed fenced area, where kids can climb, swing, run and play to their hearts content.
